Job Description
Your Challenges:
- Team leadership HR Administration DE as well as independent support and billing of the assigned clinics and support in the operational and organisational management of the four-member team.
- Responsibility for flawless personnel administration throughout the entire employee life cycle. From onboarding to offboarding administration and payroll (excluding recruitment)
- Support for correct and timely payroll processing in cooperation with internal and external partners
- Support for all matters in the area of social insurance (AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG, withholding tax, etc.)
- Control and maintenance of personnel master data, employment contracts, references, and HR-relevant documents
- Contact person for employees and supervisors on administrative and social insurance law matters
- Collaboration and sub-project management in the optimisation of HR processes, digitalisation, and introduction of new HR tools
Qualifications
You bring the following:
- Completed commercial training with further education in human resources (at least HR specialist level or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally with initial leadership experience or deputy function
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system as well as payroll and personnel administration processes
- Confident handling of MS Office and HR systems
- Structured, reliable, and responsible working style with a high standard of quality
- Communicative, service-oriented personality with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Resilient personality with high social competence and assertiveness
- Very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form (native language); French skills are a great advantage
