Your Tasks
- You provide holistic, professional, and individual care to premature and sick newborns and accompany and support the parents
- Quality is paramount in nursing. You ensure that the individual care plan is implemented.
- Our goal is to enable families to have a successful start at home
- You support smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
- We want to progress. Actively contribute so that nursing and interdisciplinary cooperation work even better tomorrow than today.
Your Profile
- You have a qualification as a Certified Nurse HF/FH (foreign diplomas: SRK recognition) and professional experience in acute paediatric care or postnatal care, preferably in neonatology
- Postgraduate course in monitoring care (IMC Neo course) or willingness to complete it (we would finance the course)
- We are happy to accommodate your wishes. In return, we expect you to be flexible and occasionally cover for a colleague. After all, we are all one team.
