Carpentry Manager M/F/D

On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised carpentry company, we are looking for a dynamic Carpentry Manager to lead operations and supervise the teams.

If you are passionate about woodworking, possess strong technical skills and have a taste for leadership, this opportunity is made for you!

Your responsibilities:

• Team management and leadership: Plan, supervise and motivate the workshop and installation team.

• Production & site monitoring: Organise manufacturing, ensure deadlines, budget and quality standards are met.

• Project management: Analyse files, study technical feasibility and participate in project development.

• Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all work sites.

• Training: Participate in supervising and developing the skills of apprentices and colleagues.

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a carpenter or cabinetmaker, ideally complemented by a foreman’s certificate or wood technician training.

• You have proven experience in production management in carpentry.

• Proficiency with trade-related IT tools (CAD software such as AutoCAD or Cadwork is an asset).

• Initiative, rigour, natural leadership and excellent communication skills.

• A valid driving licence is essential.
