Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Supporting the ward manager in the professional, personnel and organisational management of the team as well as representing the ward manager during their absence
- Accompanying and caring for complex patient situations throughout the entire treatment pathway on the haematology ward
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and assurance of high-quality, professional nursing and care of patients
- Co-responsibility for the promotion and supervision of trainees
- Participation in interprofessional meetings
- Actively shaping a positive team and clinic culture
What You Bring to This Position
- Training as a qualified nurse AKP / DNII / HF / FH with professional experience in an acute hospital
- Independent working with an interest in the field of oncology/haematology as well as motivation to continually develop
- Interest in a leadership role and willingness to complete internal leadership training
- High social competence with commitment to interdisciplinary, constructive and appreciative collaboration
- Strong skills in self-organisation and prioritisation
