About the job

For a modern clinic with a specialised monitoring area, we are looking for a committed Health Specialist EFZ for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC). You will support the nursing team in caring for postoperative patients and work closely with qualified nursing professionals as well as other specialised departments.

You can expect a respectful team, structured collaboration, and a work model with predominantly Monday to Friday shifts.

Your Tasks

Individual care and nursing of postoperative patients in the IMC area according to the nursing concept
Independent execution of nursing activities delegated by qualified nursing professionals
Carrying out medical-technical procedures and supporting complex patient situations
Taking on nursing, administrative, and organisational tasks
Ensuring professional collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
Shifts mainly from Monday to Friday, occasionally on Saturdays if needed

Our Requirements

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Work experience in acute care is an advantage
Good German language skills and confident use of digital work tools
Independent, careful, and reliable working style
Resilient and flexible personality with a high sense of responsibility
Team-oriented and communicative personality with strong social skills
