What you achieve

• You answer customer enquiries about claims cases mostly by phone, but also through other channels such as email, customer portal, etc.
• With competent and solution-oriented advice in claims cases, you ensure satisfied customers.
• You ensure collaboration with the specialist departments.
• As a customer advisor, you are responsible for the electronic incoming mail in claims management and triage it.
• You perform a variety of administrative tasks to support claims management.

What you bring

• You have a commercial basic education and/or training in customer dialogue or a comparable qualification.
• You bring solid experience and enjoyment in advising customers, preferably in the social or private insurance sector.
• Customer-oriented action as well as independent, flexible and networked thinking are a matter of course for you.
• You are curious, IT-savvy, continuously develop yourself and enjoy working in a team.
• You master German at a native level and have good knowledge of a second national language.
