Role:

You want to not only manage ERP projects but truly shape them. Here you get the chance. As an ERP Implementation Consultant, you accompany customers through the entire journey with their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), from the first workshop to the stable productive phase. Your strength lies in bringing together technical language and business language. In the end, people work with processes that function noticeably better.

Responsibilities:

• You take full responsibility for introductions, migrations, and expansions of ERP solutions, from the analysis discussion to the productive start.

• Together with your customers, you model target processes for finance, inventory, order processing, and other modules and document them in solution concepts.

• You configure the systems functionally and design integrations with adjacent platforms and third-party applications.

• This also includes planning the data migration including mapping, cleansing, and validation.

• You ensure a smooth start with system and acceptance tests, well-thought-out cutover planning, and a dedicated hypercare phase.

• Additionally, you coordinate consultants, developers, and partners and support customers after go-live in the further development of their system landscape.

Qualifications:

• You have at least three years of experience as a project manager in the field of business software or comparable IT projects.

• You know business processes inside out and understand how to map them in standard software.

• Thanks to experience in process modelling, you formulate clear functional and technical specifications for interfaces and custom developments.

• You have already supported data transfers, releases, and go-lives. You are familiar with the interaction of databases and peripheral systems.

• Whether waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid: you choose the appropriate method and confidently juggle several project streams in parallel.

• Furthermore, you communicate fluently in German; English skills are a plus, and with your structured, empathetic manner, you quickly gain the trust of your customers.
