OT Security Engineer (m/f/d)

You lead the OT&E team both professionally and personally and promote its further development
You are responsible for the secure operation and further development of the OT systems
You manage automation, digitalisation and investment projects as well as upgrades for PLC, SCADA and MES
You work closely with production, technical, engineering and external partners and support the Swiss sites
You further develop OT standards and cybersecurity requirements and ensure knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
You have a technical education in automation, electrical engineering or computer science, ideally with HF/FH further training
You bring several years of experience in industrial automation or operational technology (OT)
You are familiar with PLC, SCADA and MES; experience with ProLeiT or Wonderware is an advantage
You have experience in leading technical projects and ideally some leadership experience
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
