Job Description

As an HR Intern at JYSK Switzerland, you will actively support the HR team, gain exciting insights, and take on diverse tasks with increasing responsibility. You will work at our headquarters in Zofingen (AG).
You bring commitment and have the following main tasks…
- Support and administration of our online training platform
- Administrative support in employer branding and apprenticeship matters
- Collaboration in the HR ticketing system and general administrative HR processes
- Organisation of seminars, events, and the welcome day for new employees
- Maintenance and adjustment of HR content on our homepage and internal platforms
- Creation, revision, and translation of policies and training materials (DE/FR/IT)
- Close administrative cooperation with all departments in the head office
- Coordination of anniversaries, interns, and various organisational topics in everyday office life

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following…
- Motivation and willingness to actively contribute to the success of JYSK Switzerland and make a difference
- Interest in shaping and advancing HR processes through input, feedback, and initiative
- Proactive, independent, and structured working style as well as enjoyment in dealing with people, administrative work, and tools
- Ability to keep an overview and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
- Identification with our JYSK corporate values
- Flawless German
- English at B1/B2 level
- French skills are not essential but an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Monday is a mandatory working day
