Your daily mission: Explain, Solve, Inspire

• You are not responsible for the standard stuff. When a case becomes too tricky at 1st level, you come into play. You analyse, understand and solve the problem.
• You advise our members on an equal footing and find exactly the mobility or insurance solutions that are worth their weight in gold in their situation.
• You manage the associated administration (requests by email, customised offers and system updates) swiftly and absolutely confidently.

• The background: A completed vocational training (EFZ) and a personality that enjoys communicating with people. Career changers with drive are absolutely welcome!
• The language joker (mandatory): You switch effortlessly between German and French C1. You master both languages so well that you can charmingly get to the point even with complex matters.
• The mindset: You are quick-witted, think solution-oriented and keep calm even when things are busy.

• Quitting time means quitting time: Forget irregular shifts. You work Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. The weekend is yours.
