On behalf of a real estate establishment in Geneva, I am looking for:
Real Estate Broker M/F
Tasks:
- Prospect, search for and negotiate sales mandates
- Estimate real estate properties
- Identify clients' needs and expectations
- Develop and manage your network of properties and contacts
- Accompany clients during property visits
- Negotiate and support until the finalisation of the sale
Profile:
- EXPERIENCE AS A BROKER IN GENEVA REQUIRED
- Knowledge of the Geneva real estate market
- Dynamic, motivated, tenacious and committed
- Proficiency in English is an asset
- Desired proficiency in common IT and office software and knowledge of the Partner Brokers network is an asset
