YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Operation, configuration, and further development of Microsoft 365 Office Apps including add-ins and Office for the Web
- Technical introduction, operation, and optimisation of Microsoft Copilot for M365
- Implementation of security, compliance, and governance requirements in the M365 and Copilot environment
- Support with rollouts, migrations, and introduction of new features and services
- Automation and standardisation of M365 configurations using PowerShell, Graph API, or Power Platform
- Support for support and adoption teams in 3rd-level support including documentation and enablement
- Monitoring the Microsoft roadmap in the area of Office Apps & AI and deriving best practices and recommendations for action
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed IT training EFZ or degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
- Several years of experience in engineering and operation of Microsoft 365 Office Apps in enterprise environments
- Experience with the introduction and governance of Microsoft Copilot for M365
- Knowledge of cloud transformations, modern workplace, as well as security and compliance topics in the M365 environment
- Experience in 2nd-/3rd-level support as well as incident and problem management
- Knowledge of automation technologies such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or Power Platform
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as a structured working method
