You don’t just want to analyse numbers, but also actively shape the future of reporting and financial processes? As part of our BEMEA Finance team, you support the management of Bossard Europe, Middle East & Africa (BEMEA) in achieving strategic and operational goals. You operate at the interface of controlling, data analysis and digitalisation and independently take on a variety of tasks and projects in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Preparation of analyses, key figures, forecasts and management reports as decision-making bases for the management of BEMEA
• Participation in monthly, half-year and annual financial statements as well as support of group reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Conducting financial reviews, variance analyses and involvement in the internal control system (ICS) as well as risk management
• Support and advice to our international subsidiaries on financial and business management issues
• Collaboration in international and cross-departmental projects as well as taking on partial project responsibility
• Further development and automation of reporting, analysis and controlling processes with a focus on digitalisation, data processing and business analytics

Your profile

• Completed business administration studies (FH/university) with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling
• Initial professional experience in an industrial environment as well as sound knowledge of financial contexts and balance sheet expertise
• High IT affinity and enthusiasm for data processing, business analytics, digitalisation and process automation
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Power BI, Power Apps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
• Analytical, curious and responsible personality with an independent working style, high willingness to learn and readiness to travel within Europe (approx. 10-20 %)
