About the job
Our occupational therapy service, present at the Delémont and Porrentruy sites, supports patients with temporary or permanent physical, cognitive or psychological limitations to promote their autonomy and quality of life. Our teams work within a multidisciplinary environment, closely aligned with the needs of each individual.
To complete our team at the Delémont site, we are looking for, for a start date on 1 January 2027 or to be agreed, a:
Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities
- Assess the functional, cognitive and psychosocial abilities of patients and define personalised treatment goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring, maintaining or developing autonomy in daily living activities.
- Advise patients and their relatives on assistive devices and environmental adaptations to facilitate reintegration into their living environment.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent patient follow-up.
- Document interventions and ensure the transmission of relevant information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from a University of Applied Sciences or an equivalent qualification.
- Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas.
- Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is an advantage.
- Autonomy, organisational skills and adaptability.
- Empathy, interpersonal ease and a sense of support.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our Porrentruy site.
