Industrial Mechanic

Our production places high demands on the technical availability and reliability of our systems. We are looking for a self-reliant, solution-oriented and resilient individual who quickly analyses technical faults, sustainably resolves causes and ensures that our production and supply systems function reliably. You get stuck in yourself, take responsibility and are not afraid to take the initiative even with complex technical problems. In doing so, you work in a structured manner, think ahead and do not just look for quick fixes, but for sustainable improvements. You are willing to work shifts and keep a cool head even in demanding situations.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the technical availability and operational readiness of our production and supply systems
• Systematic analysis, localisation and sustainable rectification of mechanical faults and technical failures
• Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work - independently as well as together with internal and external partners
• Quick and targeted intervention in case of system faults to minimise downtime
• Identifying weaknesses and implementing technical optimisations and sustainable improvement measures
• Active participation in conversions, technical projects and system improvements

  Supporting the continuous improvement of system availability, process safety and maintenance procedures

Your profile

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic, polymechanic or a comparable technical apprenticeship with a federal certificate (EFZ)
• Several years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a production company
• Sound knowledge in mechanical fault analysis and troubleshooting. Strong technical understanding and the ability to solve problems independently and systematically
• High initiative, sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) and on-call duties in a 3-shift system
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
