For our client, an established Swiss company in the field of technical building and automation solutions, we are looking for a committed individual as a Smart Home Technician / KNX Technician. In this versatile role, you will take on tasks in commissioning, technical support, and handling service and small projects related to modern automation and control solutions. You will work on future-oriented applications in building automation, smart home, and networked control systems and will be an important technical contact both internally and for customers.
- Commissioning, parameterisation and optimisation of control and automation solutions for commercial and private customers
- Analysis and troubleshooting of faults in networked control and smart home systems
- Creation and maintenance of technical documents, schematics and execution documentation for internal and external project participants
- Technical support for project managers, service teams and regional locations on complex issues
- Support in testing, further development and validation of new components, functions and system solutions
- Collaboration in technical administration as well as support with administrative and process-related tasks
- Participation in commissioning and adjustments of KNX or comparable building automation solutions
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical field, ideally related to building automation, control technology or smart home solutions
- Good knowledge of building automation and interest in modern technologies and networked systems
- Experience with KNX, radio controls, building management technology or comparable systems is an advantage
- Technical understanding, analytical thinking and enjoyment in solving complex tasks
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Customer-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Willingness to work on-site at customers within Switzerland

Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and implementation of smaller projects as well as technical service assignments in the field of building automation- Commissioning, parameterisation and optimisation of control and automation solutions for commercial and private customers

Profile
