The night in a retirement and nursing home is something special. It is quieter, calmer and often more personal than the hectic daytime routine. It is precisely then that people are needed who radiate calm, take responsibility and keep a clear head even at three in the morning. People who do not just do their shift, but convey security, comfort and trust.
Our client is looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual for the permanent night watch from 21:15 to 07:10. You will accompany around 30 residents during the night with professional competence, attentiveness and humanity.
This is not a position for people who just want to "somehow get through the night." We are looking for someone who can take responsibility, work independently and knows that good care often arises in the small moments: in a reassuring conversation, a quick reaction or simply by being present when someone needs help.

Your tasks:
- Ensuring professional and warm care during the night
- Supporting and accompanying residents in nursing and care situations
- Quick and confident action in unexpected situations
- Documentation and information transfer to the day team
- Thinking ahead, taking responsibility and remaining calm, even when it gets hectic
What you bring
- Training as a Health Professional EFZ or Nurse Specialist HF/FH
- Independent and responsible working style
- Calmness, resilience and the ability to stay focused at night
- Warm and respectful interaction with elderly people
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and working independently
