Within this role, attached to our Industrialisation Department, your mission will be to independently lead product industrialisation projects. You will organise and facilitate technical meetings between Methods, Production, and Quality as needed. Additionally, you will actively participate in continuous improvement actions.

• Define the means to be used for the launch of product production.
• Participate in defining production processes and feasibility studies.
• Prepare production files while ensuring their standardisation.
• Manage industrialisation from design to transfer into routine production.
• Coordinate the progress of manufacturing orders during the execution phase.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or microtechnology.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the watchmaking field or in the high-end dial sector.
• Very good command of office tools (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
• Team spirit and ease in collaborating cross-functionally.
• Analytical and synthetic thinking, critical and methodical.
• Proactive, with negotiation and persuasion skills.
