Apprenticeship for Commercial Clerk EFZ in St. Gallen (Summer 2027)
What to expect
- You will develop your communication skills through personal, telephone and written customer contact.

- You take responsibility for processing and resolving customer enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you bring
- You are currently in secondary school level A/B or grammar school and have good grades in the main subjects.
- You are interested in healthcare and specifically in the health and social insurance sector.
- You can express yourself fluently both orally and in writing.
- You enjoy contact with people, have diverse interests, like working in a team and learn easily and quickly.
- As a person, you are friendly, open and have good manners. You bring a high willingness to learn and personal responsibility.
- A communicative and proactive personality is particularly important in sales.
- You have a certain flair for digital tools and enjoy working with them.
