🔧 Your tasks
- Administrative and technical support for commercial activities
- Management and follow-up of offers, orders and client files
- Coordination with internal teams (commercial, technical, production, logistics)
- Daily use of ERP and MS Office suite
- Interface with clients and partners in French and English
Profile sought
👤 Your profile
- Proven experience in technical back office, ideally in instrumentation and/or machine tools
- Good command of an ERP and the MS Office suite
- Fluent English, comfortable in conversation and with technical terms
- Fluent French
- Commercial sense and client orientation
- Initiative, autonomy and rigour
