You work on 5-axis CNC milling centres with Heidenhain controls iTNC 530 and TNC 640
You set up the milling centres according to the TopSolid clamping plan and assemble the tools based on the TopSolid tool list
You operate a CNC-controlled goblet tool setting device
You implement customer orders in compliance with manufacturing and quality guidelines and produce precise drawing parts
You perform order-related ERP bookings and optimise as well as run CAM programmes
Qualifications:
You have completed basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic with a focus on CNC milling and have solid CNC knowledge
You are willing to work in a two-shift system
You work accurately and precisely and communicate well in German, both orally and in writing
You are characterised by a high degree of independence and teamwork skills
You are flexible, loyal, responsible, and able to assert yourself
