compenswiss is looking for a candidate, for a duration of 6 months:
Investment Solutions Intern
Within the Portfolio Construction service, attached to the Investment Solutions department, you will contribute to the development of agent-based AI solutions applied to the investment process, as part of innovative projects.
Your tasks
- Develop and experiment with agent-based AI solutions applied to the investment process
- Identify use cases to improve the efficiency of analysis, allocation, risk management and reporting activities
- Design and test AI agents integrating financial, economic and sustainability data
- Evaluate the performance, limitations and governance of the developed solutions
- Contribute to the integration of AI within the tools and processes of the Investment Solutions department
- Participate in the writing of reports, presentations and technical documentation
Your profile
- Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, physics, economics or finance
- Good understanding of agent-based and generative AI and interest in its applications to investment processes
- Good programming skills (Python, Git and SQL essential)
- Interest in financial markets – knowledge of investment theory is an asset
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Analytical mind, creativity, intellectual curiosity and strong learning ability – potential and desire to develop concrete solutions are more important than professional experience
