You develop and programme control software on B&R platforms and possibly other systems
You design the software architecture and conceive as well as develop software modules
You implement process control and monitoring functions including visualisations
You support customer projects and individual solutions both professionally and technically
You define and implement modern software development processes (DevOps) and conduct function tests internally, automated or on site at the customer
You work with software management systems such as GIT
You plan project-specific Ethernet networks
You select hardware components for control and monitoring strategies and evaluate them
Qualifications:
You have a successfully completed university degree in automation technology or software development (HF, FH or university)
You have solid knowledge in SPS development environments, ideally with B&R Automation Studio
You have experience in machine control programming and product development
You are proficient in ST and C programming and ideally have experience with object-oriented programming
You are familiar with communication interfaces such as CAN, TCP, OPC-UA or RS485
You are interested in process engineering applications
You are a motivated and flexible team player with a high degree of independence
You bring 2-5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
You have advanced German and English skills, both spoken and written
