Daily Business
- Customer support internal sales
- Quotation, calculation & order management
- Accompanying customer projects until delivery
- Collaboration with VAD, purchasing & logistics
- Appointment coordination as well as maintenance of master data & price lists
- Handling customer concerns & complaints
- Accompanying customer projects until delivery
- Collaboration with VAD, purchasing & logistics
- Appointment coordination as well as maintenance of master data & price lists
- Handling customer concerns & complaints
Your background
- Technical / commercial basic training
- Experience in internal sales or customer support
- Technical understanding
- ERP & MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge of packaging, corrugated board or graphic industry ideal
- German+++, English+, French an advantage
