Activities

Setting up and operating the MAE wheelset press
Joining wheels on drive and running wheelset shafts according to standards
Programming new wheelsets based on work plans and drawings
Finishing work and final inspections of completed axle drives
Performing dimensional checks, quality assurance, and program corrections
Various smaller assembly tasks of assemblies for narrow-gauge gearboxes
Maintenance and care of the systems

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a machine, polymechanic, or agricultural machinery mechanic with EFZ
Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required
Confident handling of assembly drawings
Ideally, you have professional experience in operating CNC-controlled machines
Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working method with a focus on quality
Experience in handling measuring instruments and machine operation
Conscious handling of materials, work equipment, and tools
Enjoyment of work, commitment, and initiative
Motivated, honest, and flexible personality
