Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating research and development projects in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, and electrical devices
- Defining project goals, scope, and scheduling in close collaboration with the team
- Responsibility for resource planning, budgeting, and cost control of projects
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to milestones and quality standards
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as engineering, production, and quality management
- Coordination and communication with external partners, suppliers, and customers
- Risk management and proactive identification of solutions to arising challenges
- Documentation and presentation of project results
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in leading research and development projects, ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical devices
- Sound knowledge in relevant technical areas as well as understanding of product properties and requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing project plans, including resource and budget planning
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Distinct analytical and problem-solving mindset
- High communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
