Role:
In this role, you drive demanding security and data governance projects with solutions from leading manufacturers for network and data security as well as your own product. You develop and implement concepts and technologies in the Microsoft, M365, and Azure Cloud environment and actively shape an integrated data governance platform for DSPM, audit, security, compliance, and information management. You analyse security requirements, derive appropriate technical measures, and implement these in scalable, cloud-based infrastructures. You bring training as an IT specialist EFZ in system technology or platform development and specifically expand your expertise in security. You use your practical experience and ongoing training to effectively deploy modern security technologies - especially in the Microsoft environment - in customer environments.
Responsibilities:
- You technically implement varied security projects, for example in the areas of firewall, proxy, PAM, and Microsoft technologies.
- In this role, you contribute to the operation and further development of our internal IT infrastructure as well as the software development test environment.
- You implement and optimise our data governance platform in on-premises, M365, and Azure environments.
- As an IT system technology specialist in security & cloud, you support and advise our customers technically in projects and operations.
- You participate in testing and quality assurance of our own products.
- In this role, you automate and standardise system processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in IT (EFZ) and motivation to develop professionally
- 2-3 years of professional experience in system engineering
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (e.g. Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server) and ideally also in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
- Experience with M365, Azure, or Microsoft Security is advantageous
- Confident handling of PowerShell and interest in automation solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as fluent German and good English skills
