Job Description
We are looking for a Release & Project Coordinator for the 'Digital Workplace Products/Services Directorate' of the General Directorate of Digital and Information Systems (DGNSI).

Responsibilities
- Ensure, at the methodological level, the planning, coordination, and monitoring of releases for your entire product and service line, guaranteeing compliance with DGNSI processes and best practices.
- Coordinate activities related to production deployments and complex operations involving multiple products or teams.
- Ensure application quality by monitoring incidents, problems, and continuous improvement actions.
- Guarantee the smooth transition of projects to maintenance, ensuring compliance with processes, milestones, and quality criteria defined by DGNSI.
- Support projects requiring intervention from product line teams by facilitating their integration into the activity portfolio, monitoring resources, and contributing to workload planning.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent qualification.
Project management certification (IPMA, PMI or equivalent).
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in information systems management, project management, application management, or coordination of programmes involving multiple interdependent projects.
Experience in document management (DMS, digitisation, archiving or document preservation) is a major asset.
Excellent mastery of project management methodologies (HERMES, Agile) as well as release and change management processes.
Good knowledge of ITSM processes, incident, problem, and maintenance transition management.
Analytical, organisational, and planning skills in complex environments.
Cross-functional leadership, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and excellent communication skills.
Rigor, autonomy, sense of responsibility, collaborative spirit, and stress resistance.
Good level of English (reading, writing, speaking).
Specific on-call duties:
May be required to perform interventions outside standard deployment hours (night, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday), especially during release deployments or major incidents.
Residence in Switzerland.
