Role:

You want to not only operate modern IT landscapes but actively further develop them? In this role, you shape the future of a secure and high-performance infrastructure. You combine your expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and security with a practical approach and sustainably implement improvements in operations.

Responsibilities:

• You ensure a stable, secure, and high-performing operation of IT services together with internal teams and external partners.

• You maintain and develop central platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD and modern workplace services.

• You take responsibility in 2nd and 3rd level support, analyse complex faults, and coordinate sustainable solutions.

• You optimise existing IT processes, develop automations, and implement improvements using PowerShell and modern methods.

• You actively participate in IT projects, migrations, and technical developments.

• You evaluate new technologies and accompany their introduction from concept to productive operation.

• You coordinate external IT partners, ensure quality, and act as a technical interface between different stakeholders.

• You create technical documentation, concepts, and support knowledge transfer within the organisation.

• You contribute your expertise in IT security, compliance, and infrastructure architecture.

Qualifications:

• You have completed training in the IT field as well as further education at HF/FH level or an equivalent qualification.

• You bring several years of experience in operating and further developing Microsoft-based IT environments.

• You are very familiar with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD and client management.

• You have practical experience in networking, security, and system architecture.

• You have experience with automation and scripting, ideally with PowerShell.

• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations.

• You enjoy communicating with different contacts and convince through your service orientation.

• You have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
