Sanitary / Heating Installer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional for the assembly, installation and maintenance of vacuum drainage and disposal systems. You will implement specialised systems for demanding applications including industry, pharmaceuticals, food production, laboratory and hospital technology and work largely independently at various locations. The focus is on the professional assembly of pipe systems as well as support with commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting. The position combines classic building technology with specialised plant construction and offers a varied technical field of activity.
Responsibilities:
Independent assembly and installation of vacuum drainage and disposal systems according to technical plans and installation guidelines
Processing and assembly of various pipe systems and components, especially PVC-U, Mapress and PE SDR11
Installation of fastening and mounting systems such as MÜPRO and Hilti in industrial plant construction
Reading and implementation of assembly plans, diagrams and technical documentation
Carrying out tightness, functional and quality checks on installed systems
Support with commissioning, maintenance work and technical troubleshooting
Performing service and assembly assignments for industrial, pharmaceutical, food, laboratory and hospital clients
Coordination of assembly work with construction management, specialist planners and other trades on site
Documentation of completed work as well as recording of materials, working hours and services
Compliance with applicable occupational safety, hygiene and quality requirements on construction sites and in industrial operations
Taking on occasional, pre-planned on-call duties
If possessing the appropriate expertise, support with simple tasks and fault analyses in the area of electrical and control technology
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training EFZ as sanitary installer, heating installer, ventilation system builder or refrigeration system mechanic
Practical experience in the assembly of pipe, building technology or industrial systems
Knowledge of PVC-U, Mapress, PE pipe systems or comparable installation techniques is an advantage
Experience with industrial clients and technical systems is an advantage
Knowledge in electrical or control technology is an additional plus
Very good German or French language skills spoken and written
Valid category B driving licence
