Customer Service Employee / Service Reception

Your tasks

  • Friendly reception and competent advice for our customers regarding their vehicles
  • Planning and coordination of workshop appointments, replacement vehicles and external services
  • Preparation of cost estimates, orders and invoices
  • Transparent explanation of the work performed and invoices upon vehicle return
  • Maintenance of customer data and vehicle documents
  • Input and monitoring of warranty claims

Your profile

  • Technical training in the automotive sector and professional experience advantageous
  • Further training as a customer service advisor, technical sales clerk or similar desirable
  • Customer-oriented, reliable and independent personality
  • Organisational talent with high work quality and resilience
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and enthusiasm for the automotive industry
  • Very good German skills, French skills advantageous
  • Driving licence category B available
