To strengthen our committed team in managing technical in-house projects and for the future planning of commissioning and acceptance of the technical infrastructure in the new hospital construction project, we are looking for our Technical Department immediately or by arrangement for a:

Technical Project Manager 80-100%

Your tasks – our position

• Support in the building services engineering area in the new hospital construction project
• Managing technical projects at the Beaumont site and external locations
• Planning, coordinating and executing technical feasibility studies in collaboration with external specialists
• Creating specifications and requirements documents, as well as ensuring project goals are met, taking into account relevant standards and regulatory requirements
• Needs assessment in collaboration with various departments and user groups
• Accompanying installation, acceptance, training (needs assessment and organisation) and supporting the handover to operations of the building services systems
• Controlling, leading and supervising suppliers, specialist planners and internal/external service providers

Your skills – our requirements

• Completed studies (HF/FH/Uni/ETH) in electrical engineering, automation technology, building services HLKKSE or comparable qualification, ideally with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a technical apprenticeship as basic training
• Several years of professional experience as a technical project manager and in leading project teams, ideally in a hospital environment
• Knowledge in the application of relevant standards and regulations
• Confident use of MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
• Very good German skills (level C1 or native) and French skills, both spoken and written, are required, technical English skills
• Experience in personnel management is advantageous
