At the heart of Valais social security, the Compensation Fund of the Canton of Valais employs 210 staff who are committed, among other things, to paying out more than 160 million francs per month in Valais through benefits such as old-age and disability pensions, family allowances, and health insurance premium subsidies.

Your mission
Support clients efficiently and professionally in handling their requests, ensuring they receive comprehensive benefits, on time and in accordance with their rights.
Your responsibilities
- Inform and assist clients on matters relating to family allowances
- Process applications, assess entitlement to benefits, draft correspondence, issue decisions, and make payments
- Ensure rigorous handling of files in compliance with legal provisions
- Guarantee prompt management of requests.
Your profile
- Commercial training (CFC, diploma, MP-E or equivalent)
- Generalist training in social insurance or social insurance certificate
- Excellent command of French and Italian
- Flexibility and responsiveness
- Rigour and organisational skills
- Sense of solidarity and autonomy
- Ability to work under pressure
