The Real Estate Directorate (DI) is tasked with ensuring the provision, operation, and development of hospital infrastructures in line with institutional needs and the strategic orientations of the HUG. It ensures efficient use of spaces, supports organisational transformations, and continuously improves working conditions for employees.
The position is attached to the real estate management and allocation service (Riga).
As a coordinator for premises management, you ensure the coordination of requests related to the allocation of premises, the fitting out of workspaces, as well as the relocation of activities and employees within the HUG.
As the primary contact for staff, you analyse expressed needs and ensure their consistency with the institutional real estate strategy and the HUG master plan.
You assess requests, propose suitable solutions, and seek alternatives that allow efficient use of available surfaces and resources.
You independently manage fitting out and relocation mandates of low to medium complexity, from planning to execution. In this capacity, you coordinate various internal and external stakeholders, monitor service providers, and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and regulatory requirements.
You actively participate in change management with teams affected by activity moves or space reorganisations.
You also manage and update local signage in collaboration with the Communications Directorate, ensuring compliance with the institutional graphic charter.
Finally, you contribute to maintaining and ensuring the reliability of graphical and alphanumeric inventories of premises as well as the quality of real estate management data.
Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in management or public administration, a health diploma, or an equivalent field.

You are proficient with common office software. Experience with drawing or space management software is an asset.
You have an excellent service orientation, demonstrate autonomy, rigour, and organisation in managing your activities.
