About the job
In the Department of Vocational Education , contact with training companies is central. For our service team, we are seeking reinforcement in IT support for the digital portals of vocational education. Do you enjoy interacting with people, think solution-oriented, and contribute as a team player? Then an upbeat team with enthusiasm for new ideas awaits you.
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for training companies and trainers regarding technical questions about our IT portals.
- By phone and email, you provide clear information, address individual concerns, and patiently guide callers to a suitable solution.
- You recognise recurring questions and concerns and bring insights from support to the responsible departments. This helps to continuously improve processes, instructions, and training materials.
- In the further development of our portals, you contribute the perspective of users and support releases, for example by testing new functions.
- If necessary, you also assist with administrative tasks, such as the electronic maintenance of apprenticeship contract data.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training and bring several years of professional experience.
- You work confidently and competently with MS Office, quickly familiarise yourself with new digital applications, and approach technical questions in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You enjoy exchanging with different people and find understandable words even for complex topics.
- When several concerns come up simultaneously, you keep an overview, work in a structured way, and set priorities without losing sight of quality.
- If you already have experience with vocational education topics, that is a plus.
