Audiovisual Technician (M/F)

Audiovisual Technical Manager (M/F) – Holder of a Federal Certificate

We are looking for our client for a passionate and experienced Audiovisual Technical Manager, capable of managing all technical aspects related to sound, lighting and video services.

Your missions:

• Ensure the preparation, installation and operation of audiovisual equipment during various events.
• Ensure the technical quality of services and guarantee flawless execution on site.
• Quickly identify technical incidents and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Participate in the development of technical setups in collaboration with project teams and clients.
• Study expressed needs, assess their feasibility and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Prepare price requests and search for additional equipment from suppliers and partners.
• Supervise and coordinate external technicians working on events.
• Ensure technical follow-up of services before, during and after their execution.
• Manage and optimise human and material resources assigned to projects.
• Guarantee preventive and corrective maintenance of audiovisual equipment.
• Supervise the organisation, storage and proper conservation of equipment.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of intervention sites to ensure optimal use of infrastructures.
• Actively contribute to client satisfaction through high-level technical support.

Your profile:

• Holder of the Federal Certificate in the audiovisual field
• Proven experience in operating audio, video and lighting systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve technical problems.
• Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation and constant concern for quality.
