On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Supply Manager to strengthen the Supply Chain team.
Supply Manager (M/F)
As part of this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Processing order confirmations received from suppliers
- Monitoring orders awaiting confirmation
- Following up with suppliers in case of delivery delays
- Identifying discrepancies from expected deadlines and informing the purchasers
- Participating in the daily monitoring of supply flows
- Contributing to data reliability and adherence to delivery deadlines
Education
- Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or logistics environment
Technical skills
- Excellent command of IT tools, especially Excel
- Knowledge of an ERP system, SAP being a real advantage
- Good ability to manage several files simultaneously
