We are currently seeking for one of our major clients in the construction sector a:

Your tasks

• Managing teams on construction sites in direct collaboration with the site manager
• Organising, planning, and monitoring the progress of works
• Coordinating the various trades and subcontractors
• Managing equipment, supplies, and site needs
• Controlling the quality of work execution in accordance with plans and project requirements
• Respecting deadlines, schedules, and current regulations
• Participating in site meetings and communicating with various stakeholders
• Preparing daily reports and monitoring workforce
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules and current standards

Your profile

• Federal certificate as construction foreman or equivalent training
• Proven experience of several years in managing building sites in Switzerland
• Strong technical knowledge in structural work and/or building construction
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Natural leadership and ability to supervise and motivate teams
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigour
• Good command of French, both spoken and written
• Driving licence essential
