Site Manager

Axepta is looking for one of its clients, a company recognised in the construction sector in Switzerland, several Site Managers M/F to strengthen its teams in the canton of Vaud.

Your tasks

• Prepare construction sites on technical and financial aspects
• Plan construction sites, including labour, equipment and inventory needs
• Organise daily work and ensure its proper operational execution
• Manage orders and site supplies
• Implement and monitor Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures
• Ensure financial monitoring of construction sites
• Write tenders and supplementary offers
• Carry out measurements of completed work and ensure invoicing follow-up
• Participate in site meetings and ensure follow-up
• Guarantee good relations with clients, site management, partners and various stakeholders

Your profile

• You hold a recognised Site Manager qualification
• You have at least 5 years of experience in site management in Switzerland
• You have proven experience in conversion/renovation or in earthworks/civil engineering, depending on the position
• You are proficient with common IT tools as well as Baubit
• You are proactive, autonomous, organised and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working in coordination with various contacts
• Residence in Switzerland is essential
