Technical Clerk AVOR

We are looking for our partner, an internationally active company in the field of mechanical engineering in the Eggiwil region:

Clerk Technical Work Preparation (AVOR) 100%

Your tasks:

• Timely provision of complete order documents for production
• Validation and optimisation of manufacturing processes
• Master data management in the ERP system (SAP)
• Provision of purchasing and manufacturing data for operational use
• Correspondence with suppliers and service providers
• Preparation of calculations for quotations and technical clarifications within the framework of tender enquiries
• Participation in projects for process optimisation and system support
• Completion of orders and reporting to the client
• Ensuring complete archiving in accordance with applicable regulations

You bring with you:

• Technical basic training in a metalworking profession
• Successful further training as a process technician HF/TS with knowledge of business administration or process specialist
• In-depth experience in industrial production, vehicle construction, AVOR
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Business fluent German in spoken and written form
• English and French advantageous
