Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
You are an expert in numbers and have a passion for analysis and controlling. In this role, you take on the analysis of business and production key figures, support corporate management, and develop innovative reporting and controlling solutions with modern BI and automation tools. You are responsible for developing solutions based on sound knowledge and extensive expertise. Your work is precise and characterised by top performance. You are an important part of a successful team and contribute to achieving the company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- You analyse and comment on the results of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- In this role as controller, you review manufacturing costs, production key figures, and variances
- As a controller, you develop appropriate measures to optimise processes and costs
- You create and further develop management reporting, margin analysis, and Power BI dashboards
- In this role, you automate controlling processes and SAP calculation logics with Power Query, Power Automate, and AI
- You continuously monitor cost centres and support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial or technical basic education with further training in business administration or controlling, finance, and accounting
- You bring several years of controlling experience in a manufacturing company, preferably with a focus on manufacturing costs, calculation, production key figures, and variance analyses
- You have very good knowledge of SAP and Excel as well as initial practical experience with Power BI and Power Query
- You have knowledge of Power Automate, process automation, and AI-supported tools
- You work analytically, structured, and precisely, with high initiative, responsibility, and a strong solution orientation
- You communicate confidently and effectively, with very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
