Role:
In this role, you take on the technical and organisational leadership of the installation of sanitary systems and ensure smooth project execution. You are responsible for planning and coordinating deployments, monitoring compliance with quality, safety, and deadline requirements, and ensuring efficient processes. You lead and support your team in daily work, promote collaboration, and contribute to high execution quality. You bring in your experience to continuously optimise processes and pragmatically solve technical challenges. With your professional demeanour, you act as a competent contact person for internal and external stakeholders and thus contribute decisively to project success.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the professional implementation of sanitary installations on larger construction and industrial projects.
You lead a small team of fitters and ensure efficient task distribution on site.
You organise the daily and weekly work deployments and keep an eye on project progress.
You check completed work and ensure compliance with agreed quality standards.
You coordinate the need for tools and materials and ensure proper completion of construction site work.
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training as a sanitary installer EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
You bring at least five years of practical experience from medium or larger construction projects.
You can professionally guide employees and gladly take on responsibility on site.
You communicate fluently in German and convince through reliability and good manners.
You hold a valid category B driving licence.
