Qualified Nurse at 70%

As part of its collaboration with the Les Perce-Neige Foundation, the Neuchâtel Hospital Network (RHNe) is looking for a qualified nurse at 70% to join the team at the Maison de Vie & de Santé in Couvet.

You will work within a cross-functional nursing organisation, allowing you to care for people with varied profiles and care needs: people with intellectual disabilities, with or without autism spectrum disorder or multiple disabilities, as well as people with brain injuries.

Depending on the service needs and team organisation, you may be required to work in the various homes of the Maison de Vie & de Santé in Couvet. This organisation offers diverse practice, encourages skills sharing, and allows you to develop experience in different areas of care.

You will join an environment where personalised support, respect for life choices, promotion of autonomy, and quality of care are central. Close collaboration with socio-educational, therapeutic, and medical teams is an integral part of the role.

Your duties

• Provide nursing care and clinical follow-up for beneficiaries
• Assess care needs and coordinate care in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of personalised support plans
• Work closely with socio-educational, therapeutic, and medical teams, as well as legal representatives and families
• Contribute to the quality, safety, and continuity of services

Your profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in supporting people with disabilities
• Experience or motivation to develop skills with people with specific needs
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organisational skills
• Team spirit and ease in multidisciplinary collaboration
