Responsibilities:
You develop product group strategies and continuously adapt them.
You independently plan and manage public tenders.
You prepare tender documents, evaluation criteria, and bid comparisons.
You conduct negotiations and prepare contract conclusions.
You integrate sustainability and economic aspects into procurement decisions.
You develop suppliers further and monitor their risks.
TCO considerations and savings analyses are also part of your responsibilities.
You maintain purchasing key figures and support the digitalisation of procurement processes.
Qualifications:
Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, or engineering, or comparable further education.
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing of technical products and services.
Practical knowledge of public procurement procedures is required.
Technical understanding and experience with investment or industrial projects.
Confident handling of SAP MM and Microsoft Office.
Experience in project management and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Confident negotiation skills, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Work location Swisshalle and willingness to travel up to 10%.
