To complete our team in the manufacturing department, we are looking for a:

Your mission

You ensure the micrometric precision and surface finish of our components. You prepare, adjust, and operate our grinding and finishing processes.

Your responsibilities

• Setup on centreless grinding machines, flat lapping, and superfinishing
• Setup for tribofinishing operations
• Perform machining operations by material removal
• Inspection of various machined parts
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• First-level maintenance of equipment

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a production mechanic, polymecanician, or equivalent training deemed appropriate.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role
• Comfortable reading plans and independently machining complex parts
• Good knowledge of ISO programming
• Methodical mindset, solution-oriented, rigorous, and able to organise work and priorities according to expectations
• Regular use of MS Office computer tools

Workplace: 2504 Biel/Bienne (BE)

Working hours: daytime, but willing to work in shifts occasionally.
