You develop standards for public procurement and establish uniform procedures.
You are responsible for planning and conducting tenders.
You prepare requirements notifications, procedural documents, and evaluation criteria in a comprehensible manner.
You ensure compliance with legal procurement requirements during awards.
You compare offers based on defined criteria and document the decision-making basis.
You prepare relevant information for contract management for further processing.
You create an overview of supplier performance, costs, and dependencies using appropriate key figures.
You coordinate different requirements and derive economically sound decisions from them.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in public procurement and independent conduct of tender procedures.
Experience in purchasing functions, ideally with responsibility for external service providers.
Knowledge in the IT sector, especially regarding IT services, cloud offerings, or licensing models, is an advantage.
Confident handling of legal requirements and formal procurement procedures.
You prepare complex issues clearly and represent your recommendations objectively.
A structured working method and high personal responsibility characterise you.
You combine conceptual tasks with pragmatic implementation in day-to-day business.
Very good German skills; additional language skills are a plus.
