Responsibilities:
You are responsible for independently handling the operational purchasing process.
You are responsible for selecting and evaluating suppliers.
Negotiating terms and concluding contracts are also part of your duties.
You ensure timely delivery.
Monitoring the performance and quality of suppliers is within your remit.
You prepare procurement analyses and reports.
Maintaining supplier relationships and identifying savings potentials are part of your daily tasks.
You work closely with other departments such as product management and logistics.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education.
- Further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate is part of your profile.
- You have several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the electronics sector.
- You have knowledge in using purchasing software (e.g. SAP MM).
- Your communication and negotiation skills are well developed.
- You demonstrate organisational talent and solution orientation in your work.
- Teamwork and an independent working style are natural to you.
- You possess fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
