Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work (doors, windows, gates, locks)
• Independent operational and technical inspections as well as monitoring of systems
• Maintenance and support of building services systems including fault rectification
• Independent execution of general caretaker duties
• Supervision, coordination and monitoring of external service providers
• Organisation and assistance with internal office relocations
• Handling customer enquiries
• Willingness to be on call
• Taking on deputy roles within the team

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance or a technical basic education with further training to obtain the federal specialist certificate for caretakers
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Practical experience in sanitary, heating and/or ventilation technology, ideally in operational maintenance
• Additional qualification according to NIV15 is an advantage
• Confident use of common IT software
• Good knowledge in building services technology (HVACSE)
• Reliable and independent working style
• Team player
• High service orientation
• Good manners
• Car driving licence
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
