For our partner company, a leading manufacturer in food production, we are looking for a

Automation Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Supervising, maintaining and optimising the controls of production systems including adapting PLC programmes as well as exchanging and expanding peripherals
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work as well as analysing and resolving faults in production and building technology systems
• Actively shaping improvement processes and supporting investment projects to strengthen the technological leading position
• Leading projects and taking on responsibility within the scope of personal and professional development opportunities

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electrical installer or similar
• Further training in automation technology or a comparable field is an advantage
• Initial experience in programming with Siemens Step7 Classic or TIA Portal
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to perform a few on-call weeks per year
