Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Role:
You bring people, processes and technology together and ensure that optimisation ideas become concrete improvements. In doing so, you analyse existing workflows, further develop digital solutions and accompany changes from the initial idea to successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
You analyse business processes together with the specialist departments and identify potentials for digitalisation, automation and efficiency enhancement.
You further develop key company applications from a professional perspective and accompany requirements from collection through conception and testing to rollout.
You lead digitalisation and organisational projects and coordinate appointments, dependencies, resources and involved stakeholders.
You translate professional needs into clear requirements and coordinate their implementation with IT, software partners and external service providers.
You further develop process models, guidelines and standards and establish a sustainable continuous improvement process.
You support users with complex issues, develop training and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
You analyse data and reports and use the insights gained to optimise processes and systems.
Qualifications:
Education or degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Experience in business analysis, process management, project management or digital transformation.
Good understanding of business processes, applications, interfaces and data flows.
Experience in requirements engineering, testing and the implementation of digital solutions.
Analytical and conceptual strength combined with a strong implementation orientation.
Confident demeanour, high consulting competence and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders.
Very good German skills as well as the ability to prepare complex content clearly and precisely.
